what's a GDC file type???

I was looking for a simple program to make my own ringtones from the 13GB of music I have.. I found ToneThis... they support the HTC wizard and one other that's close to our phones so I figured cool.

but it's sending the ringtone as a gdc file??? what the heck is that? Needless to say no matter where I put it the phone doesn't see it at all.

any ideas? or programs to suggest to do what I want?
