looking for a few various registry locations. Help?

Off the top of your head, or with minimal effort.. Does anyone know where to find the following settings in the registry:

1. button lock when powered off

2. button configurations (to rebind programs bound to the keys other than the softkeys.. for example, binding opera to the IE button)

3. Start menu programs.


I realize that all of these can be changed from the settings menu, but I want to create a cab which I can put in my extrom, so that I don't have to do these things manually upon a hard reboot.
