I don't know if this info will help or not...
There is a reg entry that when you set it it gives you a reset voicemail control from within the phone settings dialog. Apologies, but I don't have the tweak at my fingertips. Hope it helps you.

Yes sir....tried that too....same result, I'm afraid.
Please keep the suggestions coming. I'm willing to try everything before I have to hard reset again.
