I Don't Understand How To Back Things Up...!!

I read about the above listed backup programs but cannot find, in my readings, if there is a program that will back up the picture associations along with the ringtones assigned to them from my contacts.
I am a regular "flasher" and only need this feature to complete my total obsession with trying the newest ROM's.

okay, so what program do i need to backup my complete rom to my pc?
if i ever need to get this serviced i'd like to flash to sprint stock, then get back home and flash to my customized..

any recommends?
ive used spb but that just stores critical information and not a complete rom flash.

Just download the stock ROM from the HTC website if you want to keep it around, or wait until you need it and download then. The stock ROM has a single click install program just like all the custom ROMs.

Which download is that, exactly?

Is it one of these?
utstar.xxx/pcd/downloads/APAC_SPCS_20600_300_11200_Ship.exe
utstar.xxx/pcd/downloads/APA_SPCS_20600_303_12700_WWE_Ship.exe

So these files contain the full rom, so I could put it back on the phone if I needed to take the phone in for repair or something?
