Please Help: Multiple Text Being Sent

*My problem is that almost everytime I send a text message (using the PALM MESSAGING APP) for some reason the recipient receives the message multiple times. Sometimes they'll get it once and others (most of the time) they'll receive 2 or 3 copies of the text. Is there anything people have done? I can't be the only person with this problem. Under the Palm Messaging Chat for that person I only see one sent, not the multiples. Please some help. T.I.A.
