Stylus keeps slipping out

I have an original 6700 (Fusion) and the stylus keeps slipping out. I've lost 4 of them so far and was wondering if anyone has come up with a good way of keeping them in.

fusion? anyways bend stylus ever so slightly that should keep it in place.

Yeah I bent my stylus a long time ago. Haven't had it pop out since!

all I know is that I have never had any complaints about "my stylus falling out". Genetics

I use about 1" of tape wrapped around the black plastic at the top - hard to see and it keeps it from popping out. Seems to be more of an issue with the red sprint logo phones than the yellow ones.

I have a yellow logo phone that started doing this after 2 weeks. Poor design.

I paint several thin coats of clear nail polish on the black plastic at the top. Works fine.

I tried clear finger nail polish on the black end. Couple coats to build it up. Worked great, for about 3 weeks, then no more stylus. The bend works best. Since the bend, only lost one in 9 months.

I used just the smallest piece of black electrical tape around the upper black part of the stylus. Works great but I like the idea of bending the stylus slightly a lot better. Will have to give that a try.

I always bend customer stylus when they bring in the phone complaining about it. works the best and they dont even know its bent

wow bending it worked out REALLY well... its ingenious actually! but I think I managed to bend mines in a way thats quite noticeable lol but i don't care because now i have peace of mind and don't have to constantly checkin to make sure its there, it fits so nice n snug now i know it wont fall out. iv had my phone since sept i guess and it came wit two stylus and I lost the first one by jan ... a week b4 my birthday if i remember correctly. I've lost my spare constantly but iv been luck enough to always find it again, i mean its fallin out in theaters, clubs, cars, trains, buses, and on the black cement outdoors lol but somehow i always find it.
