I just tried it and it works fine. Do you have the other device set to discoverable?

I am having problems where if I am on a call via bluetooth and the phone makes any type of sound effect (i.e. text message comes through) the phone closes the bluetooth gateway and then I have to hit the headset to reconnect. Are you having that issue too or is it just me?

It's not an AKU 3.5 thingy. It's a Microsoft wrote a buggy BT stack thingy.

I have had mucho dropouts with any WM5-based phone and my car's HFL. Other phones work fine with my car.

You may want to check into the Jetware Mobile BT enhancements - I found that my BT was more stable while running the Jetware Mobile enhancements, plus I got the battery & signal strength indicators back on my car's display.

Cheers!

Are you using the stock dialer or a 3rd party like VoiceCommand?

You can get it here: http://www.jetwaremobile.com/

You battery life may be affected when running the extensions, but I'm not sure.

Let us know if it helps!
