As you can from the screenshots I do not have an HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OEM\SMS and I guess this is because I have the Palm Threaded app install. Here are all my registry shots for Palm

Thanks weedahoe! I had a couple of settings that were different so I'm not sure which one specifically did it but now I don't get those annoying messages!
