MMS messages wont play video

I have upgraded to AKU 3.5 (kirvins's stock with only .net2) on verizon and ive noticed now i cannot send any videos ive taken or when i recieve a video, it doesnt show anything, but i can save it and play it in media player. when i try to send it, a pop up says "file format not supported." this was working in 2.2, anyone have this problem? pix messages work fine.

i was also trying to see if its an arcsoft mms problem, but you cant get an update...i have version 3.0.6.24...update? thanks

mms video

Yes I'm having the same problem and I tried 7 different AKU 3.3 and 3.5
had to go back to 2.2 so far that is the only thing i found not working. even though verizonguys 3.5 contacts button does't work I like his verizon screen best. Help Verizonguy.

so i have figured out some stuff. once you flash to 3.5, you cant let the verizon install their programs or you get 2 arcsoft programs or something. i have tried install (i think) an updated version of arcsoftMMS but when you go to click "new" for an MMS nothing happens. I then went and soft reset before the verizon installed its stuff. i then had to ad a server in the MMS config with these settings...
port 80
server address
http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
connect via: internet
sending limit 248 (no 350 option)
WAP2.0

added a modem for #777 (my#@vzw3g.com pass:vzw)

when i tried to send it, i think, connects to the data network, sends and after a few minutes....unable to send message.

verizonguy please help, i think i have gone as far as i can. i dont know enough to go further. thanks for the help. i need my pix/flix

Why dont you just install the mms cab for apache? I know somewhere around the forum the sprint mms cab is floating around. And I sprintusers.com has the one for verizon posted.

how did u uninstall the MMS? I have the MMS from verizon, i think i have it atleast. and i have a newer updated one from arcsoft that somepeople have put into their custom ROMs (although i wish i could find the newest, anyone have it?). if i can get this working, youll have made my day!

oh...and did u let verizon program to run after you flashed or did u do a soft reset? wasnt sure if you needed to have the server in the MMS config set up too?
