Troubleshoot xv6700 flashed to Cricket

Hey guys...
Ok I'm in Las Vegas - and their on triband (AWS) also out here. I can't connect to 611 because I never connect to a tower....so MatsuroX, I agree that this might very well be our problem - and if it is - no fix for it either.
I talked to the vice president of MetroPCS an attempt to run a 6700 on their network out here, and he said that since they've flipped the swith to AWS that they can't do that in this area - so between those two things and what we've discovered here, I'd say we're out of luck.
Too bad too - since both Cricket and MetroPCS have cheap unlimited data plans it would be nice to hijack with pda's and smatphone's - but I guess they saw us coming this time..hahaha

Ok, after hitting Howard's I'm still with no phone. I actually had it working yesterday but I did a *228 update that put me back to where it was't working again! I do have internet working now which is good though, so Im halfway there. On Howard's some say it's the radio firmware (which I tried 1.43 and 1.50) and others say it's the PRL (tried 1040, 1041, and 1050). I wish we could find someone who's had the same problem and fixed it..

I recently got my Altell HTC 6800 flashed to Cricket service.

Everything works greaet exp the internet..
We went into the phone, and put #777 to dail to the mobile web.

Theres just a small problem..
The 1 915 still comes up..

How do you get the 1 and the area code outta the way so it dails to ONLY #777

Hello to all i am new to the forum but this forum and others have saved my
Sprint Pocket Pc. I really need some help and direction let me lay out all the steps i have taken and completed.

1. I have managed to retrieve my unlock code that was work in itself.
2. I have also flashed my ppc6700 with the Apache rom update utility -R1000-D21200.
3. At first phone was locked in Bootloader mode had to download mtty1.42.exe. Phone unloced out of boot loader mode.
4. I have searched and found cricket prl 1039 and i have changed it before i changed the Prl I could dial and hear it tell me i was in roaming mode. After i changed the prl and updated to the 1039 now when i dial +228 or +22804 i cannot hear anything no sound what so ever . Since ##786# and manually changing it I get no sound.
4. I have one of cricket's phones and i am trying to change that number to my pocket pc. I have went in and manually changed the phone number.

This should bring you up to date with the changes and work i really want to change this phone overto cricket can anyone tell me what i must do next.
Do I need to change sid number or Nam number I am learning all this from the forums step by step.
What is my next step

Oh yeah if i did not mention i am in Saint Louis so i will need the prl for there I thoght the 1039 was for Saint Louis

to HoFo. For those who don't know about it it is another forum pertaining to Mobile Phones.
This link I have posted will point you to the a thread pertaining to Cricket PRL's. If this helps anyone out please give credit where it is due....to the guys over there that have put together this information in one spot.
