The other method is FAR better. It involves going into the extended rom, deleting the CAB files from there and modifying the config.txt file to not install them.
Far more permanent and clean solution. It does require a hard reset though, but is well worth it as you only have to do it once. AND you actually get more space by removing the CABs from the ROM. |

well i ended up hard resetting my phone today after slow down in ui and bluetooth kept getting disconnected. didnt install wireless plugin to see if that was the problem. i choose to do it my way, everyone should find their easiest way for them personally

so after uninstalling do you think its safe to then remove the installation cabs from the extended_rom does this affect the space(when i get home i am going to backup and try this)

you have to unlock the extended rom to remove the .cabs from the extended rom. plus none of your storage is there, in others word u can't store stuff there unless its unlocked. which u could do harm to if not careful....possibly even rendering it useless. so I recommend u just uninstall and remove sub folders.
