PPC 6700 radio upgrade

Where might I be able to find the newest radio update file? I still have version 1.05 on mine and hope the newer radio will help my dropped calls issue, or is that a whole other issue? My phone's been dropping calls like crazy and I know it's not the network.

Re: PPC 6700 radio upgrade

Do a search for radio 1.43. 1.43 is the latest.

I have 1.41 on mine. Some say 1.41 is more stable than 1.43. I had dropped calls and signal issues with 1.43 so reverted back to 1.41.

Re: PPC 6700 radio upgrade

most people (including myself) never seen a true gain in the upgrade. I went from 1.27 to 1.41 to 1.43 and never gained (nor lost) anything.

I saw a loss from 1.27 to 1.41 and no difference from 1.41 to 1.43

Re: PPC 6700 radio upgrade

I am using radio 1.10.00 Is there a benefit to upgrading to the newer radio? And if so, seeing as how my phone is already activated and working will I need to re-activate my phone again?

Thanks
