Thanks for the reply; I'm not sure if I know how to do that. I'm not implying that it is your rom that is causing this.

Here's some additional customizations that might help some of you:

Voicecmd Apache Fix - fixes button five so that it can be re-assigned.
AKU3.x Bluetooth PAN fix- may fix other issues with bluetooth

Great ROM, still my favorite!

I noticed when dialing with the phone application, the numbers are displayed as dark bluish gray against a dark gray background...very hard to see. Is there anyway I can change this?

this is my favorite ROM, and i use it primarily, but it seems to be unreliable often. It could be that I installed too many games to the SD card (could that be it?) when I press the power button to come back from standby, it is just always a guess as to if it works or not. sometimes my programs just wont start, other times it runs unbearably slow and I have to soft-reset, other times it works flawlessly and then other times it doesnt recognize my SD card and I am forced to soft-reset. Is this a problem with custom roms in general, as I didnt notice the standard Rom locking up or having this many problems, it was just slower and filled with junk i didnt need. Are there any suggestions to my problem?

gps intermediate driver?

Great rom... LOVE it...
I was curious if the GPS intermediate driver was still in the build... I was reading up on Google mobile maps...and would like to use that instead of my bulkier gps prog, but was unsure if it was still in there?
Thanks again!

You might be better off just going with the latest kitchen. It fixes this and other issues (inc. GPS). Just download the Kitchen from the FTP follow the instructions in the attached readme.doc and load it up. I think Kirvin would agree...if you want an updated C&S build you're best off to do your own.

so im just a n00b..

ok.. couple of questions since im new to this whole cooking my own rom thing.. 1 - is the generic.prj file work for sprint? and 2 - does anyone know what files are needed for the GPS Intermediate driver. I would like to basically recreate clean and simple for sprint and just add the gps stuff back into the rom...a kick in the right direction would be appreciated..

The ftp site has been re-organized since Kirvin first posted his ROM. Also the New Kitchen was deleted from the FTP, but has since been re-uploaded.

Thanks for the help, I eventually figured it out, but I appreciate the response.
