my joystick went out... i'm on the 4th refurb. if I get another 6700, i'm switching to verizon. Sprint told me i'm lucky that I qualify for the rebate. So being a loyal customer for over 5 years means I'm lucky to qualify for the same deals they'll offer someone new. If the 5th phone is still a pos refurb, I see a verizon touch in my near future...and the newly refurbished 6700 for sale...

What kind of plan are you on? I'm sure that at least part of the reason I got the new phone was that I've got 5 lines with Verizon and pay them a great deal of money each month.

I'm on sprint, paying about 110 bucks a month after all is said an done. I just got my 5th refurb back and this one looks like it's seen the business end of a cheese grater. It's still dirty from the person that used it before me. They didn't even do a clear storage on it as there's stuff installed already on it. About the only thing that looks replaced or rather refurbished is the stylus.

some poor bastard in customer service is gonna have a bad day today...
