I'm on sprint, paying about 110 bucks a month after all is said an done. I just got my 5th refurb back and this one looks like it's seen the business end of a cheese grater. It's still dirty from the person that used it before me. They didn't even do a clear storage on it as there's stuff installed already on it. About the only thing that looks replaced or rather refurbished is the stylus.

some poor bastard in customer service is gonna have a bad day today...
