There is "No" such software as in "usb drivers" to install on the 67...I would try...first a hardreset, which will reload wm6. If it still does not work..then maybe I would "Reflash"
Remember: "Hardreset"=(Reload O/S already on device) "Reflash"= (Reinstall brand new O/S)

I would try deleting and remaking the AS partnership. Delete on both PC and PPC, reboot both devices, reconnect. You said there was no problem with the AS, since you can sync another 6700 fine.
