hi, any help is greatly apprciated. i recently(8mo) flashed my ppc6700 up to the WM6.0 and everything was running smooth..for some reason my phone will no longer be recognized by my computer through the usb for active sync. now i know the problem is not with the active sync program or the usb driver because my wife has the 6700 unflashed and everything works. if any body can provide the link for the drivers for the htc apache i think this would solve the problem..i could be wrong and it could be a more serious problem. what do you think about just reloading WM6.0 on the phone? i know i would lose a lot of info but i have most of it saved to a memory card..is there an easier way?

There is "No" such software as in "usb drivers" to install on the 67...I would try...first a hardreset, which will reload wm6. If it still does not work..then maybe I would "Reflash"

Remember:
"Hardreset"=(Reload O/S already on device)
"Reflash"= (Reinstall brand new O/S)

thanks tried failed...guess i gotta ball up and go ask the sprint store for the cd

have to try flashing a stock WM5 to see if it will come back.

CD for what?.....the only thing on the CD is maybe Activesync..and you can get that on the www....but you said it works fine with other phone.

so you already did a "hardreset"?

I would try deleting and remaking the AS partnership. Delete on both PC and PPC, reboot both devices, reconnect. You said there was no problem with the AS, since you can sync another 6700 fine.
Also, are you sure that the enable advanced network functionality is unchecked? Start>Settings>USB to PC
