Voice Command 1.6 and colonel 3.3 beta rom for sprint

Im using colonel's 3.3 beta which comes with voice command 1.6 but im not about to work. when ever i go to enable voice command i get the error "cannot save all changes".
anyone know what i can do to fix this error. thankx
