Simple way to get the exe out.
1. Install VC.
2. Navigate to the VC folder.
3. Copy the exe file on to your storage card.
4. Hard Reset
5. Copy the VC exe file into the \Windows directory
6. Enable VC
That worked for me.
colonel - do you have an OEM package with the VC exe removed? I've been trying to build an OEM with it but am stuck...
