6700 is dead.. advice for upgrade please

Hello..

My 6700 has seen better days.. it is my second one total. 1 bought new and 1 sent as insurance replacement. I would like the touch for it's size but am also interested in switching to a crackberry.. I have the equipment replacement and am off of contract. I would prefer to stay off contract as well. Also.. I live in Utah if anyone has experience in one of sprint's stores here.

So my questions are this:

Do I go to a regular sprint store or their repair center?

Or... do i do it over the phone with sprint support?

Is there any pointers on how to successfully be swapped out for a touch?

Or is there a way to get upgraded to a black berry?

All help / steps / or personal experience is helpful.
