I think I'll slap together a ROM in a couple minutes and call it version "Infinity".
That way everyone will know it is infinitely newer/better/faster than the others and no more updates need to occur,

...the relatively 'infinite' flexiblility of wm creates a condition of personally
infinite variables.

Until there is a 'control' wm os/app config that one can measure against...

...it's simply subjective.
