Try reflashing with the manufacturer's standard rom. If that doesn't work, then I don't know what to tell you.

http://www.utstar.com/pcd/downloads/...11000_Ship.exe for the official rom. Can you be a bit more detailed though on what happened? I see you said you downloaded a rom from UTStarcom's site -- thats what Finster was referring to. (the link above)

This is a verizon phone right?

Last q-- Do you have insurance? If you do, you might be best to just take it into a storefront and see if they can fix it or get you a new one.

and you have only ever used the roms from UTStarcom? I'd say call Verizon Tech support.

*EDIT*
I just did some hunting, and here's some of what I found -- hard reset the phone (you will lose anything you have on there...) press both "-" buttons and use the stylus to press in the reset button on the bottom -- it will ask you to reset, and you will have to say y then space to continue... then re-run the update again...

http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/ppc-6...itions-12.html is where I found some messages, I'm sure there are plenty on here as well.

Have you tried calling Verizon tech support? If you were trying to flash their ROM when this happened then they should be responsible for solving the problem or replacing the phone (assuming it is still under warranty).

Here we have not had any luck getting radios flashed on to phones that say "No Radio". In the past this was due to people flashing a hacked radio ROM that was accidentally posted to the FTP site. I believe this is the first time I've seen anyone get the "No Radio" problem due to trying to flash the Verizon official ROM.

So my best advice at this point is to try calling Verizon. Good luck.
