1) Learn how to use punctuation. That was hard to follow.

2) .....Ok, just 1. I didn't understand enough to take a guess.

I have no idea why this is posted in the Themes Forum and I have no idea what you said. As such...I'm gonna move this to the Apache Forum.

late,
Coz

Re: PPC Did not turn on

It sounds like (for whatever reason) your device powered off. When I had an Apache, I remember that it wouldn't turn on after you powered it down (change battery, etc) by simply pressing the power button. You have to either hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds or plug it in to bring it back to life. That was standard behavior on that device.

Re: PPC Did not turn on

Any way to prevent what? Turning off or having to hold the power button to turn on?

No way to prevent turning off because the ONLY ways it can turn off is if you pull the batt or let the batt die and you HAVE to hold the power button to turn it back on.

Re: PPC Did not turn on

There is a way to extend the time it takes to turn off in the battery settings, but the max you can do is 5 minutes. With mine I have to push and hold the power button each morning, and sometimes I can push the power about 3 or 4 times and it'll faintly come back, then push and hold and it's back. Just a sort of bug I guess with this phone. Works fine for me other than that.

Re: PPC Did not turn on

sometimes the battery is not touching the contacts on the phone some batteries have room to move inside the compartment.. so i could have backed off the contact causing it to turn off.. check contact pins on phone and make sure they are all extended to same length.

The only time i have ever seen the red led, was when the battery was not connected and the USB cable was connected. So it might be a connection issue.
