Its called batti. To keep if from starting up, go to \Windows\Startup and delete Batti.lnk.

I wasn't really happy about that either. It is a result of having two tabs in the app launcher. Sure would be nice if we could resize Today items.

One thing you can do, though, is remove the O2 battery meters now since Batti is running at the top. Almost frees up two spots.

Yes. Whenever I select "NullKB", the setting does not save and it reverts back to "Keyboard". Other than this small issue, everything else seems to be working perfectly (using Col3.3Beta3SprintNoJunk). Any suggestion on how to fix this?

I have been stalking this forum since I got my 6700 in September, especially the threads dealing with ROM updates. I finally mustered the balls to install 3.3 beta 3 tonight. It's AWESOME! Much, much faster than the Sprint ROM. Definitely liking the integrated O2 functionality. Thank you Colonel, much appreciated!

That is strange. I always select block recognizer since I am an old palm user. I can enter text with that so much faster than any other input option. Anyway, I can select block recognizer and it survives resets. Try that as a basic test and I will look at the nullkb issue.

Just tried and it works fine with block recognizer. When I switched from block recognizer back to NullKb, the Keyboard got selected instead.

Thanks, I just tried it out today. Looks good, great speed, some pretty cool included apps and plenty space left to install my own.

I couldn't get SPB Diary and PocketPlus to work right, I think they are conflicting with some of the other apps that I can't seem to get rid of. I think I'm gonna do some hunting and maybe try out a lighter version of one of the 3.5 releases.

If I click on the battery bar on the top to get Battery Info from Batti the info comes up fine but then if I click on 'Settings' in the lower left I get this error:

I think that is because the app is coded to look for Batticonfig in the Program Files folder. Since it is not there you get an error. If it is a real pain, you could create a folder in Program Files and copy the config exe there.
