Exclamation Should I call Asurion????????

okay if anyone read my last post just got a refurb 6700 from good ole asurion BUUUUUUTTTTTT unlike my last some of the keys have zero tactile feedback...(T,h,s,z ect) and when i use the transriber when i draw out a letter on the screen sometimes its like the stylus flys around on the screen and leaves a word looking scribbled through. Anyone think i shud ***** to asurion or deal with it?

Id try to take it to a Sprint service/repair center and see if I could get it replaced under the
  • Equipment Service and Repair Program
  • Provides coverage for mechanical or electrical failure, routine maintenance or failure from normal wear and tear
  • No additional out-of-pocket charges to repair or replace your malfunctioning device
and get it settled in store if you have the TEP .
My wife went in to a store Saturday with her 6700 and a bad 2.5mm jack and walked out with a spanking new Mogul.

Sadly were talking bout verizon here =(((( will check to see if they do the same. would you happen to know if the warranty goes from the time you recieve the replacement. id really like the 6800 vzw said i could get it bc i was have connectivity issues but it broke (after warranty) and Asurion said i couldnt

of course i just searched the site. no luck Ill call VZW first and see what they say
