MMS problem!! no data plan!

Hey guys,

So, I put helmi's kitchen on my apache. I have MMS on there, but it doesn't work. The thing that might be problematic is I have no data plan. The only access to the web I have is through the WIFI connection. Picture mail seems to try and do something then...I recieve something...but not in the form of a picture of video. Is there anyway I can have MMS without a data plan? Thanks!
