Re: I need to flash from sd card.
So basically I just need someone to create a 'backup' for me with said program, they can copy the file, I can put it on my storage card and then flash my device?
Would it be good for them to be running the same os (helmi's wm6) as I was running? Is there anybody up for this task? |

If you want a criticism of Nietzsche or a literary analysis of Crime and Punishment I'm your man. Otherwise, I pretty much lie in the hands of expert's advice. Another thought.... If I understand correctly if the device sits without a battery for an extended period of time will it.... help my situation? I.E... will it forget that it was in bootloader and flash on it's own? |

Re: I need to flash from sd card.
I could really use a verizon stock image that will boot off of my sd. Weedahoe?
I tried unsuccessfully using another xv6700 and mtty to create a rom image I was going to try using wireglue to put the usb connector back on the motherboard, but i'm supposed to send the unit back to verizon with a broken usb port. (I already have the replacement) I only have a few days to get a factory image on this device. Last edited by englishpanther; 04-26-2008 at 05:32 AM. |
