WM6_RDP (Mobile Remote Desktop Client)

Anyone able to get Helmi's WM6 RDP test files to work? The thread for Saridnour's non-kitchen rom seems to indicate that he has RDP working on it. If anyone has gotten Helmi's cab to work, please share how you did so.

Thanks.

Ok, I couldn't get Helmi's cab to work, but I extracted Sardinour's .nbf file converted it to a nba and dumped. I then was able to take the 4 files and patch together the registry. I simply copied it to windows directory to my phone, added a shortcut, and it works!

Thanks, glad I could share. Credit to Sardinour, since I extracted the files from his rom.

I have also added the cab to the FTP in the Apache folder, and created an OEM for the kitchen that is in the apache kitchen folder.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but what exactly are you talking about? What is RDP? Thanks in advance

RDP is the fastest remote your goin to use form my exoerience and the host is native in XP pro. You can also scale the desktop, remote sound/clipboard and a ton of other things. It really is the way to go!

finster869: Thanks for the credits! Hope you all realize why I couldn't package it mayself as a stand alone
