And you are in bootloader mode? I just flashed this right now and it went beautifully.

Try resetting and then stick the phone in bootloader and flash again.

Great news guys!!! I have a much easier way to change your splash screen. I have confirmed that the Apache Splash Software does indeed work via BT.

I am so happy about that since I don't know yet how to create or modify roms.

What is the "Demonchild 3.5 Rom"? Is that just your pet name for the rom?

Also if I have the latest of this rom from yesterday do I still need the BT patch, the Wavedll thing, and the other with all the numbers? I don't know what those do or even how to apply them.

Do you have any further insights to getting the USB to work?

Can you tell me what exact entries you removed to stop the "lockup" and, thereby, also remove the usb from even attempting?

I was gonna try replacing some more dll's and see if i could make some sort of progress.

Oh excellent news on the USB activesync. Hopefully now everyone will jump into the KITCHEN and start cooking 3.5. I can't awit to see what will be posted in the OEM portion of the kitchen
