Once the install says its done on the computer the screen on your ppc will look like its still in bootloader mode. You need to hard reset, then hard reset again. Wasn't there a readme.txt file in with the installer? it should have given pretty explicit details installation.

bt audiogateway not staying open
6700yuma, your rom was recommended to me by another user because he said yours was the only rom that didn't close the audio gateway after 5 seconds. Unfortunately, yours is doing the same(atleast on my phone). I've tried helmi's rom, colonels, and all of them seem to have this problem. Im using triangle powers cf1 version of bttoggle, but the gateway is still closing after 5 seconds. Any thoughts? p.s. great work on the rom!!!

Using bttoggle, I've had that happen too. If you install IDtransfer (search this forum for it) it has a program called audio.exe. Run that and see if it stays open. Note, though, that if you use voice command and issue any commands after running audio.exe, the gateway will close, so just be sure to make "Run audio" your last command.

ok, I will try audio.exe. thanks for the quick response! I did find out that the file you posted above, btaudio.zip, actually keeps the audio gateway open as well. Btaudio has worked at keeping the gateway open with every rom I've thrown at it. With so many people having this issue, I wonder if I should post this in the main forum?

For a single executable version of this latest ROM, download ftp://ppcgeeks:ezupload@up.ppcgeeks....om_Rom_3.3.exe Same ROM, just in an easy-to-install package! (Thanks konceptz)
