Well... some stuff that I thought persisted through the flashing went away with the hard reboot after the flash, so I may have misspoken too quickly. As for the beavers someone else mentioned... I haven't seen those!
The beavers are just part of the Bell marketing campaign, you know Canada = beavers so they include a few today themes with the beavers it's a waste of space but I guess some people find it "cute'

What is going on? What is the twist and what are you guys talking about that you don't have to reprogram? Reprogram what? I never had to do any reprogramming.

I'm lost?

Can another Verizon user using the twisted rom confirm the wireless sync is gone?

After you flash you get a menu asking you which carrier you are, you pick your carrier and the phone customizes itself to that carrier.

LOL @ the beaver themes.

I am curious why extrom installation takes so long with this method--especially since the junk should be gone from the extroms used here. Is the script eating up CPU cycles or something? Wonder where the bottleneck is.

It took a while with the Bell extrom also, maybe 5-10 minutes by the time it installed everything
