I'm saying at this point QUIT using the _noID_ version. Go back and use the ones in the Verizon distributed .exe file. You can extract the files from the .exe using winrar. That gives you the same files {excetp it aint _noid_ anymore}.
Then flash back to verizon standards. |
Use Winrar to extract the verizon installer in a different folder. Then just remove the radio.nbf and run the installer. Basically I am saying to run the official installer and don't put the phone in bootloader mode.

Like said I tried this many time already extracting the APAC_VZW_20720_200_11000_Ship.exe rom to a dir and run the update in BL mode and normal mode all failed. if I remove the radio_.nbf it will not even let me flash and saids something about missing rom files.
