A2DP ? ?
Has anyone been able to test AKU 3.3 with A2DP Bluetooth Stereo Headphones?
This is the feature I'd really like to get working with my XV6700. I have tried the tornado cab files and got a good connection but seriously bad skipping. I haven't been able to resolve that and I'm praying this AKU update will address the issue. -- NielsenI |

I am listening to my HT820's right now with the AKU3.3. It works great. I want to say that the performance is better than AKU2.2/Tornado hack, but I have no real evidence.
Got for it! Robb |

Install with Vista?
Is it possible to run the install from Vista RTM? Obviously, this would not be able to use activesync, per se, but would use Windows Sync Center/Mobile Device Center...
Any ideas on whether this will work? Thanks, Jake |

redz, it complains, but I think what happens is it deletes the non-ROM file and then the ROM file reappears to take its place.

I just installed 3.3 on my BellMobility UTStarcom 6700 and it is definitely much faster than 2.2.Had some issues getting the phone to ring but it started working after what I don't know. Now I just need to get rid of the data network so I don't get any more huge data charges when my wireless drops and the data network automatically kicks in, $70 for 4 megs.
Does any anyone know how to disable the Sprint PCS Vision data network in 3.3. With 2.2 you could simply change the number it dials from #777 to something like #123 but now it always reverts back to #777. I tried adding a connection with #123 but then Auto Pick would become selected. If I deleted the #777 connection after creating the #123 connection the #777 would be back after powering down and up again. I found the a couple entries in the registry for #777 and changed them but 1 always comes back HKCU\Comm\RasBook\Sprint PCS Vision\Entry, its in there a ways down and I've tried to change it but no luck getting the changes to stick.Renaming the whole key works but a new key is created and you can't delete the whole Sprint PCS Vision key. I've also tried ##778# and editing the CDMA Settings B-Sys Secondary from 777 to 776, no effect, and Data Parameters/Packet Dial String from #777 to #123 also no effect. I also disabled the active M.IP Customer Profile,1 in my case. I just tried PIE to see if it would connect and even though it said it was dialing #777 it couldn't find a modem so I guess 1 of my changes worked, hmmm which 1? |
