in order for it to dial a number other than #777, goto manage your connection and start a NEW connection (mine is called My Connection) and type in the number you want to dial in order to connect to the internet. #778. then go through the steps, save it, then go back to "manage my connections" and instead of "auto select" choose "my connection". hope this helps

Can we attach the links to the SpeedDial fix to this main post, since that is a feature that will be absent from all models upon flash. Thanks!

Thanks for the advice but as I stated it reverts to AutoPick everytime.

Just run EPST.exe from your Windows directory and edit the MDN and MSID in directly, if you can't use the ## codes.

Will this be avaliable for the Samsung i730 anytime soon?

Hi I'm excited to hear about this but feel left out since its not made for the i730. Is there any news from anyone on whether someones working on a version to work on the i730? Thanks.

The i730 uses a completely different architecture than the HTC devices, I seriously doubt anyone will be working on it, at least that would be posting in this subforum.

installed AUk 3.3 to my PPC-6700 everyt hing went great and the new OS is FAST and makes my pda actually useful again.

one BIG issue that i can not find info on anywhere (the abily to search a thread as most BB support would be KEY on this site)

I put in all my old exchange info. and then when i go to sync i get an error saying there is not enough free space to complete the sync.

i get this same error even if i only tell it to sync my contacts.

what is the deal? anyone know?

thanks

Clear temp and soft reset then sync again. The feature request for search a thread will be looked into.

thanks for the quick reply..the fix was in the thread...i ended up reading the whole thing.

the fix was to NOT use an old pim.vol file in an attempt to bring my text messages over.

so my texts are lost...NOTHING compared to the IMPROVEMENT auk 3.3 has brought..wow like i said..it can actually be useful now.
