Problem with phone activation after upgrade to wm 6

mission complete! my phone can't make n receive calls because the R-UIM's (1x/HDR Security) setting is not correct (R-UIM config: NV only), I setting again with QPST (R-uim config:R-UIM only). and the signal back to normal.
