Problem with phone activation after upgrade to wm 6
 

I upgraded a phone 6700 to helmi wm 6. All works well but was on the phone with sprint and they gave me the ## numbers but the dialer did nothing and so the phone could not be programmed. Funny, i am able to get EVDO connection but the new number cannot be programmed. Is there a work around? Please help.

Anyone?? I am desperate please help.. I mean its almost perfect. Is there an extra step im missing?? what goes on here? How can i be connected with #777 and using evdo internet but unable to make calls or receive them. At least point me to the instructions on reverting back to sprint windows mobile 5. Thanks again.

That is why....people should activate with stock rom WM5....then load WM6.

Download to PC...and run the EXE....no need to put the 67 in BootLoader Mode.....will install via activesync.

Whats it say or doing when you try to make calls?

signal is full, but i dont make a call n receive call, call endded. triangel logo in my screen, what is mean? i'm from indonesia.

It means you're roaming. I would guess you're phone is not activated. Not sure what carrier you're using (especially since I am in the states), but to activate on verizon's is *228. Is this a new phone, or did this problem just happen?

It could also mean you did not pay your bill. Altel behaves this way for sure, maybe other carriers as well.

I do not know why but some team apache lose radio.

If anyone knows how to restore it and thank you for that here in venezuela there users with this problem.

When you start your computer appears in the section on the radio = NONE

I'd imagine you need to manually program your phone, dial ##778 send and then select edit the unlock code is usually just 000000 go to the dropdown menu and program your mdn ( your phone number ) min ( sprint assigned number often the same as your phone number unless you were ported in to sprint from another company) and then your SID/NID this depends on your phone number if you arent sure about this any sprint rep should be able to give you the SID/NID and the MIN number if you are not sure try doing that and then doing the Over the air programming (activation) this should get you up and running, don't let them know about wm6 rom, they don't need to know about that when you call just get the information and program the phone yourself, it should work.
