First all caps is considering YELLING WHICH IS VERY RUDE! Next you go to start/settings/system/remove programs to uninstall. This also should have been posted in the HTC Apache section as that's what your device is.

Icon can be deleted by going to file explorer, go to the windows directory/start menu/ programs, and delete icon from there. So things dont uninstall perfectly and have to either do this, or use a program like Memmaid to do it for ya. I didnt mean to come off rude, but I thought that everyone knew that all caps was yelling......my bad :P
