Well for anyone with a similar problem the update to 1.41 radio did help quite a bit (averaging over a minute talk time now) and also when I get the busy signal if I shake the phone around a little bit (yes you read correctly

) it comes back and I can continue to talk. Although not ideal its working for now enough that I can use it. if anyone knows what causes this please let me know.
