Not sure about Georgia but I took my 6700 to the Verizon store yesterday in New Mexico. They wouldn't replace it because the screen was cracked so I called Asurion and they offered me the Treo 700W or the Verizon XV6800. Anywwy I just got the XV6800 today and I don't know where to start. I think Asurion is based in Tennessee so just send in a claim instead of taking it to the store.

Nearly an hour passes while I'm sitting waiting with 6 other customers watching a movie in the corner... perhaps the wait is often this long due to the fact that there is this type of waiting area. Ultimately they hand me over another 6700 and I'm on my way out the door..

HMMMMMMMMM..... ![]() ![]() I then go to the OTHER Sprint Store...where people looked at their job as a career and excelled in customer service instead of some crappy college students who are just waiting on payday to quit and go cash their crappy check at a check cashing joint to go buy a dime sack! (sorry about that!) They said Mr____ we can help with that not a problem, let me just get your ESN off th back of you phone.....sorry Mr____we can not work on your phone for it has been deemed "liquid damaged." So I call Sprint for "shiggles" and they offer no redemption except 150 dollars towards a new phone. Me= Accountant and that crap doesn't add up to me. I go back to "Stoner University" Sprint and they say "sorry dude, we can't lift the flag, a manager has to do it and we don't have one here." <---this was the same bastard who flagged my phone as he plays with his new 6800 in my face! |

yeah i'm in michigan, and the assurance company agreed to send me a new 6800 after i got two bad phones from them. after the second bad phone, they had me go to the sprint store and have a tech confirm that the second phone was bad, and then the assurance company ordered me a new 6800 phone

about 3 month ago i took my wife 6700 broken sd reader and she got a refurbished 6800 then like 2 weeks ago i had my 6700 stereo headset jack broken i took to the store didn't have to wait couple of days just came back an hour later and got a 6800 that was return by a customer barely used for a day o two but all accesories in the box so this store really rock is the one in satellite blvd and pleasent hill
