Ultimately they hand me over another 6700 and I'm on my way out the door..

Yeah, I used to stay like 2 flippin minute from the one on barrett & 41 that you were talking about. Those techs suck to the fullest degree and are very shady and lazy. If I could give you any advice, go to the one closest to Cumberland Mall.
I had the in store insurance and told them that my flippin camera stopped working with an error and that I had pushed the power button in too hard and it doesn't work anymore. I am aware of the desecant and the so called "liquid damage" write off BS that Sprint does to discredit and not honor any insurance but this tech was just straight out nonchalant when he looked at my phone, first the screen then the battery cover and said "dude, you have water damage!" He then proceeded to take off my battery cover and take my EIN Number and Flagged It for no aparrent reason! My desecant strip we're still white at that time. He gave me a BS story about the circuity had been affected by moisture not seen by the naked eye. HMMMMMMMMM.....

I then go to the OTHER Sprint Store...where people looked at their job as a career and excelled in customer service instead of some crappy college students who are just waiting on payday to quit and go cash their crappy check at a check cashing joint to go buy a dime sack! (sorry about that!) They said Mr____ we can help with that not a problem, let me just get your ESN off th back of you phone.....sorry Mr____we can not work on your phone for it has been deemed "liquid damaged."
So I call Sprint for "shiggles" and they offer no redemption except 150 dollars towards a new phone. Me= Accountant and that crap doesn't add up to me. I go back to "Stoner University" Sprint and they say "sorry dude, we can't lift the flag, a manager has to do it and we don't have one here." <---this was the same bastard who flagged my phone as he plays with his new 6800 in my face!
