Bluetooth questions...

So, a bunch of people I know are all sending/receiving ring tones thru Bluetooth. I want to join in on the fun...

I'm using a Sprint PPC-6700 with ROM 2.06.00 WWE. I have the A2DP hack for Bluetooth and the picture mail hack (if that helps).

Anyway, I was wondering how I set my passphrase for them to connect to me? Is there a way to even set a passphrase? I see the box to require one, but I have no idea how to specify what the passphrase is.
Also, if I add somene's phone as a Bluetooth device, what will they have access to on my phone? Is there something like a "shared documents" folder or something like that? Or is there a way to set permissions on folders to allow or not allow access to Bluetooth devices?
And how to I set the device name they will see when they are scanning for devices?
And the Com ports- do I need to do anything there?

Any other advice for someone who works in a big office and is about to open his Bluetooth up?
