Bluetooth questions...

So, a bunch of people I know are all sending/receiving ring tones thru Bluetooth. I want to join in on the fun...

I'm using a Sprint PPC-6700 with ROM 2.06.00 WWE. I have the A2DP hack for Bluetooth and the picture mail hack (if that helps).

Anyway, I was wondering how I set my passphrase for them to connect to me? Is there a way to even set a passphrase? I see the box to require one, but I have no idea how to specify what the passphrase is.
Also, if I add somene's phone as a Bluetooth device, what will they have access to on my phone? Is there something like a "shared documents" folder or something like that? Or is there a way to set permissions on folders to allow or not allow access to Bluetooth devices?
And how to I set the device name they will see when they are scanning for devices?
And the Com ports- do I need to do anything there?

Any other advice for someone who works in a big office and is about to open his Bluetooth up?

first of all, have the other person's phone in discover mode to be found. then in your bluetooth settings (enter comm management and select bluetooth settings) select new partnership and his phone will be found. enter any 4 digits for pairing.

in Resco explorer highlight any file and click the beam icon at bottom right. it will search and finf the phone.
