error code 37

so before today all was fine useing my apache on vzw's prepaid service internet work the whole 9 now all day today i have been getting the damn error code 37 "Misc error setting up mobile IP" tryed calling them but there responce "my phone wasent ment for prepaid" lazy a**s so im turning to the ppl that i know are smartere then verizon to help me..... i know my situation is kinda rare cence i think im the only person that i have seen so far using this on prepaid if anyone else is , have you had this problem? did it resolve it self? did you call V about it? what did they say?
