Speed of the voice in MS Voice Command

Here is one that controls the speed of the voice used in MS Voice Command. The default value is 5 which I found to be too fast.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Speech\Voices]
"DefaultTTSRate"=dword:00000003
