Hi

Thanks for your quick reply - it's much appreciated.

I've uninstalled VC1.6 using Vista's Windows Mobile Device Center, copied the cab file to my Xda Orbit, installed it and done a soft reset.

When I enable the "fixed" VC in settings and click OK I get the error message "Voice Command has encountered a problem. Restart Voice Command and try again". I have tried soft resetting again but still get the same error. Do you have any suggestions please as to how to make this work?

In the meantime I have uninstalled this Fixed version and reinstalled my original VC1.6. This runs, but now, as well as not playing notifications, when I receive a call the ringtone plays through my Xda speaker rather than through the Bluetooth headset as it should do and as it always did before. Soft resetting has made no difference. Help please - I'm now in a worse situation than before I started.

Thanks and regards.

I have a XV6700 with WM 5 aku 3.3 (verizon release) and MSVC 1.6. Transfer of caller ID using MSVC alone or using Bad Sector's IDTransfer1.03 works, but I get both the ring and the caller id audio through the headset. Is there anyway to get just the caller ID to go to the headset while the ring continues to come out of the phone?
