Sweet. Thats good to hear. I'll update mine also to see if there's any difference. I hate Telus for how much they charge for data. Makes no damn sense at all. If they don't change soon Imma switch over to Rogers. They seem more caught up with times.

1.43 Upgrade

I upgraded to the 1.43 radio a few days ago. Seemed okay, however my wife was pretty p-o'd when I didn't receive 2 of her text messages... Not sure if it's related or not. I downgraded to 1.27 and so far no missed texts, but I got 2 crashes (first time since upgrading to helmi's kitchen). So far a hard-reset has done the trick, and I really don't notice much difference.
Anyone else have any missed text messages with the 1.43 radio, or was is just a coincidence?

i've been trying to find the 1.27 radio for some time now. I'm rocking the 1.41, and I think it's eating my battery life. i'd like to revert to 1.27. Could you attach a zip of it to this thread, or point me to where you found it? You'd be awesome if you did.

It's on the FTP site.. Check the QLINKS tab at the top of PPCGeeks.com. Click on "Open FTP Site", then Navigate to Apache/Updated Radios. You'll find it in there.

I had massive problems with the 1.43 radio on Verizon - same problems as SilvOreo.
1x connections would work (phone) but synching with exchange, etc would stop (often, for me - every couple hours, at least).

When this happened, I had to kill the connection, and then reconnect by opening a page in IE - doing a Send/Recieve in Outlook would sit forever on "Connecting".

I recently downgraded to 1.41 and have found that this issue has apparently gone away.

Maybe Angel12 can edit the origional post, but here is a link to all the radios.

ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Apache/Updated%20Radios/

Alternatively, you could just go to the ftp site in the QLINKS tab there's a few nice things in there, not just the radios.

I'm pretty sure this was already said on this thread though.
