Good thing I've got a new router on the way. I've got no way to change my security settings on the current router to stop using WPA-PSK.
I don't know how it happened, but I've got IDTRansfer working with my BT headset. It started after installing the newest phoneAlarm Beta build. No idea what made it work. It's actually working better than it ever did when I tried it previously!

I haven't had any issues with txt messages, it works, replies work, and they don't vanish on a soft reset.
my wifi works fine, and live messenger works with no issues. this is on my xv6700 with helmis build... just wanted to state this as I see a lot of people saying it doesn't work for them, wanted it to be known that it isn't a global problem, that it is working for others. unfortunately, I dont have anything useful to offer those that are having problems as to how to get around the issues they are having. |

One other thing I forgot to ask is in the old rom, it had settings to tell the ppc where to store things, like when surfing the cache stored on the memory card and in email all attachments went to memory card....where do I find the settings for this now? I'm not so worried about email attachments...mainly looking for the setting to store the cach on IE on the sd card.

I found this www.htc.com/flash/TyTN%20II%20e-learning/HTC%20TyTN%20II%20e-Learning.htm. Even though this link is for the TyTN, it applies to the HTC Home plug-in. Put your mouse pointer over HTC Home and select one of the five items items listed (Home, Favorite People, Weather, Launcher & Sound). Once you select one of these five, click on the Next button towards the bottom to start the training.
Edit: I also noticed another thread about the HTC Home Customizer http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=6355. Last edited by dc; 09-01-2007 at 02:40 PM. |
