I'm having some trouble with MMS, and I'm not finding any help after some quick searches. I'm running the WM6 with this threader installed, and texts are great. I don't routinely use MMS, so I didn't really 'test' it.

Someone sent me a picture the other day, and it went to my Threaded App, and wouldn't download. If I go into the Arcsoft MMS and try to download I get an error, it won't let me check for new messages. The only troubleshooting step I've taken is to add my phone number to the X-VzN-MDN key for arcsoft, but that didn't help.

I'm on Verizon....

Any help would be awesome!

I use Jeyo Mobile Extender. It synchs your SMS messages to Outlook. It is a good way to backup messages and has other features like being able to send and receive messages from your desktop.

It does not work with the threaded SMS app. Does anyone know of a workaround this? It seems the software is looking for the old SMS folder location and it isn't there anymore.

Thanks,

TomD

Not very promising so far - it's stuck at the Windows Mobile screen, and has been for about 5 minutes... I'll do a hard reset and try it again - but I'm bummed I didn't get to save my text history

i highly doubt this program had anything to do with that. more then likely its the HTC home plugin.

Either way it hadn't happened before. I've done the hard reset and was able to send an MMS, but can't receive. Now I get no notification or anything.

I'm using beta 1.2 you just posted. I sent using arcsoft, that went fine. I had a few pics sent to me, and they never arrived. In order to troubleshoot I'll remove the palm application completely and see if I can receive in Arcsoft then - as I mentioned I'm not a huge MMS person and can't say for sure that it worked for me there. Scanning the bugs thread I don't see any complaints of that nature, but you never know
