I have a qwest ppc6700 which is failing to respond to the touchscreen (can't align it) and I just purchased a Alltel ppc6700 on Ebay. If I install the Qwest download from this
location on the Alltel ppc6700 can I have Qwest transfer the activation to the Alltel? Or is there something else I should do. I am a newbe, please advise..

anyone else not able to recieve text messages bigger than 160 characters on vzw? i have people send me verizon to verizon messages that are 250 chars and i dont recieve it at all, but the sender things i got it, causes some issues

160 chars is the limit for text messages on all carriers only mms is larger or multi part sms, you should upgrade to wm6.1 by searching around at least and leave 6.0 which sucks now

OK guys 2 days ago i flashed my daughter 6700 with this Rom,it was lagging a bit but worked fine tried to use Google maps but no luck so i uninstall it today when my daughter grabbed the phone cause we were leaving it was showing the windows mobile screen and the multicolor swirl and it was stuck there i tried soft reset,took battery out and even did a hard reset but every time is the same screen with the loading swirl and nothing else

any ideas

i know that texts with vzw turn into mms but is there a way for my apache to recieve texts with mms?

alright I've looked around and found some advice about flashing, but can't find quite how to do it. I downloaded this rom or one similar to it, not sure which, as a last ditch effort after my phone would not load up. It saved the phone, but there are a few glitches that are annoying me to death. It uses the first word of the text as who it's from is the biggest one. I just want to find out how exactly to get back to the default os for the sprint ppc 6700. any links or help will be appreciated

i followed all instructions and upgraded the vx6700 went great verry easy
but when i try to email ne 1 i get about four words and the phone just freezes i have thake all the updates from the updater as well ne ideas of what i can do

Use the updater and kitchen. This is the oldest WM6 ROM in book. The kitchen is now at WM6.1
