This is not meant to be a daily use rom and is extremely beta and is meant for a preview only. There will be many bugs and the purpose of this post at this point is not to get a perfectly working 6.5 on apache but to show that it could run on an apache. Apache included wm6.5 is not stable enough yet to run on any device as a daily use phone.
21159 Preview VZW 1.00 & 1.02 Bootloader Devices
I really don't what the issue is. I just used a generic winmo 6.0 RUU and replaced the .nbh file, put my phone into bootloader, flashed the generic ROM with the new .nbh file and it worked fine! You just have to get your carrier cab found here: http://dcd1182.n715dp.com/index.php?dir=carriers/
most carriers are in the link! Don't thank me. thank the guys over at XDA for the link!

i downloaded a file but all it was a nbf file thats all idk what to do with that

Come on people this isn't howardforums. The .nbf is the ROM. You place it in the correct RUU (Rom Update Utility) place phone in bootloader plug in usb to pc and flash.
